Discover the city of Malaga in all its essence
In this Free Tour of the capital we will walk through its streets and its main monuments, discovering the soul of Malaga, its history and curiosities.
What are we going to discover in this free tour in Malaga city
Our meeting point will be Alameda Principal nº3, next to the statue of Marqués de Larios. From there, we will head towards the statue of the writer Hans Christian Andersen, which welcomes you to the city.
We will continue with an exploration of Málaga Park, where we will unravel the city’s history until we reach the Museum of Málaga, our next stop.
Our next stop will be at the Roman Theater and the Alcazaba of Málaga, two of the city’s most important archaeological treasures. We will continue the tour, admiring the Albéniz Cinema, Plaza de la Merced, and the Picasso Area. Then, we will stroll along Calle Granada towards Santiago Church.
Next, we will admire palaces and 18th-century buildings before arriving at the Palacio de los Condes de Buenavista, home to the Picasso Museum Málaga.
Our next stop will be Málaga Cathedral, formerly a Mosque in Málaga, which we will visit panoramically.
Walking through narrow streets filled with military and strategic secrets, we will reach Moreno Monroy and Pasaje Chinitas, a journey to the 19th and 20th centuries filled with stories of artists and intellectuals who left their mark on the city.
We will conclude the walking tour by exploring Calle Larios and Plaza de la Constitución, appreciating the noble architecture of the 18th century and understanding how the city has evolved over time, drawing from different eras and civilizations.

HOW TO FIND US
You will see us at the meeting point wearing a light aquamarine polo shirt, a blue jacket, and our ‘Málaga a toda costa’ banner.
Meeting point: Alameda Principal No. 3, next to the Statue of Marqués de Larios.
*We recommend arriving a few minutes before the start of the tour so that the guide can begin at the scheduled time.
WHAT IS A FREE TOUR AND HOW IT WORKS
A Free Tour is a guided tourist route through the main points of a city in which a fixed fee is not required.
It is the walker who decides the price to be paid once the visit is over, depending on their possibilities or whether they liked it or not.
* If you do not know how much is usually paid, it is usually between €5-10-12 per person.
CANCELLATION OF THE VISIT
We recommend canceling with a 24-hour notice prior to the day of the visit so that the guide can accommodate visitors who were left without a spot for that day.
Cancel your reservation by sending an email to reservas@malagaatodacosta.com.
*In case of rain, the tour will be canceled, and visitors who have made a reservation will be notified in advance.
